POST/api/v2/sms/messages
Queues a single SMS. The amount is reserved immediately at your tariff; the message is handed over to the operator in the background.
202 confirms acceptance to the queue, not delivery - follow the result with GET /api/v2/sms/messages/{id}. Repeat the request safely with an Idempotency-Key.
