Remove Beneficial Owner

/api/partner/v1/onboarding/:ref/beneficiaries/:uuid

Removes a previously added beneficial owner entry by its uuid. Applies to multi-person companies only. Returns 404 when the uuid is not found on this onboarding. Requires scope onboarding:write.
